Freezing your membership

While frozen, your membership is inactive for the time you request us to freeze. To resume use of services, you may reactivate your membership or purchase a single session at any time.

This is NOT an account cancellation. The account will be put on temporary hold for a $5 per month fee, and will resume on the date stated in the confirmation email, and billed on a monthly basis.

Frozen accounts may not be cancelled

Freeze requests must be submitted by the 25th of the month

You will receive a confirmation email to notify you that your request is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48hrs please resubmit or call 310-578-7100
